is it true that there is a connection between insomnia and obesity?? i think i read this somewhere. if so then thats not very fair!!

    • I would say yes, and it's called sleep apnea.

      I've been on a Cpap machine for over two years along with a light sleeping pill (ambien) and doing much better with my sleep.
